I offer an individual service, working closely with my couples to achieve their dream wedding cake.

Having trained in the specific areas of baking & sugarcraft, it became clear that my skill and passion lay firmly in the small detail & intricate designs of sugar flowers, beautiful finishes complemented by delicious flavours.

Based in the fine food County of Herefordshire, I use only the finest ingredients, local eggs, preserves, Belgian Chocolate and Madagascan Vanilla extract. Every cake is freshly baked in my country kitchen.

I believe every cake should not only look incredible but taste amazing too, which many of my clients will attest to.

I am a preferred wedding cake supplier for Eastnor Castle, Hampton court Castle, Lemore Manor, Brinsop Court, Dewsall and many more amazing wedding venues in Herefordshire. 

I have enjoyed being able to make some very extravagant wedding cakes, and to date have had the joy of working with couples from Australia, America, Asia, Canada, Japan, London, and of course our own beautiful county of Herefordshire.

I strive for excellence in the entire process, so from our first point of contact, right through to delivery on the day, the experience is completely stress free.
